     We offer new-employee orientation seminars to educate folks on the benefits of getting started out right, and we do it in simple to understand language. We don’t talk down to folks, and we won’t make them feel inadequate or disconnected from this very important part of their employment benefits. We then sit down for one-on-one consultations with your employees to confidentially answer their questions about saving for retirement, making good financial planning choices, or otherwise help them understand the bigger financial picture that lies ahead. We also provide training for your managers and supervisors to educate them a little on how to answer financial questions they don’t seem to feel qualified answering.

     Last, we can provide our basic financial planning services described above on an on-going basis to all your employees, but at a discount. If they desire financial planning services found on our menu at our "order up" page, we will provide these at a cost that’s as little as half of what they’d pay otherwise.
